Lounge: two settees plus one armchair, TV with Freesat channels, DVD player. Bookcase with selection of books

Kitchen: electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs

Bedroom 1: king-size bed, bedside units with lights, wardrobe, chest of drawers. En suite shower room with electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet

Bathroom: bath, wash hand basin and toilet

Ample parking outside the apartment

Gas central heating with radiators in all rooms

 

All bed linen, towels and tea towels (1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person)

Entry details: arrival time is anytime after 3pm, latest departure time is 10am. Late check out and early check in are available, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 5 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.

Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.

    Apartment and furniture seems to be quite new, very nice and clean. WIFI works but is quite slow. Would stay there again.

    Very comfortable and manager responded when we had questions about the gas stove. We wish the first info for renters was the closest grocery store and how to get there. Driving in, we had to ask neighbors for that info.

    We we in inverness for a family funeral. The apartment was close to the church so it was a perfect choice. I can't fault the apartment in any way. Had a very comfortable stay. Its decor was modern and kept to a high standard. We know inverness very well so finding our way about was easy for us. Asked for a late checkout and this was no problem. There was a cost incurred but I didn't mind as it still worked out cheaper than any of the hotels. Would most certainly use again.


Location

Located around 3 miles from the city centre Holm Farm apartment No73 offers guests a quieter location away from the hustle and bustle. With excellent transport links to the centre the apartment is within easy access of all the city amenities. Asda supermarket is within a 5 minute walk, Raigmore Hospital is within a few minutes’ drive.
