A newly-built (Oct 2017) large family house in a quiet residential location in an elevated position with great views over the west side of Inverness.
Spacious accommodation with high-end décor and furnishings. The best of both worlds: still within the City boundaries, yet in a peaceful location.

Kitchen/diner/family lounge area: large corner settee and armchair in airy, snug-style lounge area with patio doors opening to the secure back garden. TV with Freeview channels. Kitchen with gas hob, double electric oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware, utensils, pots & pans. Table and 8 chairs for dining
Formal lounge: ample seating, Smart TV, electric fire
Cloakroom: toilet with wash hand basin
Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer, sink. Storage for bikes and outdoor equipment
Master bedroom: large bedroom with king-size bed, bedside units with lights, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, en suite with double shower, wash hand basin and toilet

The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies
Booster seat/ high chair and travel cot at no extra cost
There is a stairgate at the top of the stairs to the loft lounge
Supermarkets: Co-op in Telford Road is a 5 minute drive.

The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival, and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, and the final balance will not need to be paid

Beautiful house in a quiet location. 10 minutes to Inverness centre and Loch Ness. Enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house, large, very clean and had everything we needed. The house is decorated to a very high standard and big enough to sleep 8 people. Loved every minute of our stay.... wanted to stay longer!!!

Wow! Dunvegan house is a beautiful home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is extremely spacious and is very well equipped. Every room was spotless! The owners of the house were very flexible and accommodating to our requests. We were all extremely impressed by the accommodation and didnt want to leave at the end of our weekend. Definitely a 5 star property! Cant wait to visit again!
