Tiriodh, No66 Burn Brae is a detached holiday home which has a private back garden with seating and chair. Located in a quiet residential area of Inverness 4 miles away from the city centre.
Lounge, dinning area and kitchen are all well furnished and well equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and bunk beds in the remaining bedroom.
More cost effective than being in the city centre yet easy access to Inverness.

All rooms are on the ground floor:
Lounge: 4 seat settee, 2 seat settee, electric fire, large TV with freeview channels and DVD player.
Kitchen: Large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, range gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, radio and ample kitchenware.
Bedroom1: Double bed, bedside cabinet with lights, 2 chest of drawers, alarm clock, TV and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom2: 2 single beds, bedside cabinet with light, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe.
Bedroom3: Bunk beds, bedside cabinet with light, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Shower room: Mains step in shower, wash hand basin, toilet and washing basket.
Outside: there is off street parking for 1 car, additional on-street parking for second car. To the back of the house, good sized private back garden with patio table and chairs, barbecue and bench.
There is a small second freezer, washing machine and tumble drier in the partitioned garage. The main part of the garage is locked off.
Central heating and on-demand hot water.
All bed linen, towels, tea towels, electricity, heating and Wi-Fi.
The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, kitchen roll, coffee, sugar, tea and bathroom supplies.

There are various restaurants, take away’s, bakers and shops within 2 miles of Tiriodh. The closest Indian restaurant is in a small group of shops in Cradlehall which 1 just over a mile away.
There is a fish and chip shop less than a mile away and other take away’s and food shops in Culloden again about a mile away.
There is a small retail park in Inshes with shops, supermarkets, café, fast food restaurants, garden centre. The city centre is a bit further on, has numerous shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.

A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, and the final balance will not need to be paid.
