The apartment is attached to the owners’ house and has a private entrance.

Lounge: Large sofa, TV with Freesat channels and Bluetooth soundbar, coffee table, patio door with access to private patio and large garden – great views of the Highland hills and mountains.

Kitchen: Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with good size freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, kitchenware, pots, pans and washing machine. There is a bar style table and 2 chairs for dining.

Bathroom: Bath with mains shower, wash hand basin, toilet.

Bedroom: Accessed via a spiral staircase in the lounge. King size bed, dressing table with mirror, clothes storage.

Outside: Off-road parking directly outside the apartment for 1 car.

There is a large garden and patio area with outside seating.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and maps and local information.

Heating is a combination of central and electric heating with on demand hot water.

Located just outside the small hamlet of Invernarnie in Balnafoich, just 7 miles and a 15-minute drive from Inverness. It is within the Farr area of Inverness-shire and has easy access to the south side of Loch Ness and to the wider Highlands via the A9 trunk road 3 miles away. There is a small local store in Invernarnie.
