Lounge/dining area: L-shaped settee that seats 4 guests, coffee table, large smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and dining table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen: modern kitchen with electric oven, stove top, coffee pod machine, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven and kitchen utensils.
Bedroom1: King size bed, bedside unites with lights, double wardrobe, dresser, chair and TV with DVD player.
Bedroom2: 2 single beds, bedside unit with light, dresser and chair.
Shower room: mains shower with on-demand hot water, wash hand basin and toilet.
Outside: to the front of the house is a private parking for 2 cars and garden. To the back there is a patio with outside furniture. There is a lockable shed with tumble dryer and plenty space for storing bikes, golf clubs or other outdoor equipment. There is a clothes drying rack.
The house has gas central heating with radiators in each room. There is on-demand hot water.
There is an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot, high chairs and free Wi-Fi.

Entry details: arrival time is from 3pm, key collection is available up until 10pm, latest departure time when checking out is 10am.

Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.
