Lounge: 2 x 2 seater settees, TV with Freeview channels, coffee table.
Kitchen/ breakfast room: Well equipped kitchen with electric hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, a selection of pots and pans, crockery, glasses and utensils. The breakfast table has 4 chairs.
Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside cabinets units with lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, tub chair.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, bedside cabinets units with lamps, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, tub chair.
Outside: Off-street parking for 1 car.
The house has gas centre heating throughout, this also provides hot water.
There is an ironing board and hairdryer.
All bed linen, towels, electricity, heating and parking for 1 car is included in the price.
The house is stocked with a starter supply of washing up liquid, toilet rolls and other kitchen and bathroom supplies.
Within a 3 minute walk – The Crown area of Inverness has a few shops and a couple of bars serving food, The Heathmount and The Corriegarth.

Cafe1 in Castle Street – turn left at McDonalds and walk up the hill. Cafe1 is on your left – Scottish/Varied.
Rocpool – along the river side, turn right at the end of the High Street, on the corner on the left.
Mustard Seed – along the river side, turn right at the end of the High Street. Mustard Seed is on the right – Scottish/ Varied.
Arrival time: after 4pm, departure time 10am. Early check in and late check out are available at an extra cost (subject to availability – please ask).
Cancellation policy – a 30% deposit will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date and the final balance will not need to be paid.
Cancellation protection policy is available during booking or before the final balance payment is made.
The house is split into 2 rental units – 12A & 12B. You will be renting 12A however for an additional bedroom, with double bed, and bathroom with shower you have the option to add 12B to your booking if available. The 2 properties have an interconnecting door.
Please note: That although you have private use of 12A, with private entrance, other guests may be staying in 12B.
