The apartment makes an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area as it has a private parking space. It is also convenient for those arriving in Inverness by rail or bus for a city break, it being within easy walking distance of the city centre. With new, quality furnishings throughout, the apartment offers the perfect place to relax.

First floor: sizeable hall leading through double doors to a bright, spacious lounge

Lounge: furnished with two leather sofas, providing a comfortable area to unwind and watch the large screen TV with Freesat TV, 3-D DVDs, or read a book from the wide selection in the bookcase

Kitchen: fully equipped, including built-in hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. A separate dining area provides ample space for enjoying meals in a comfortable setting

Other: toilet and wash hand basin on the first floor. A separate cupboard provides storage space for suitcases etc

Second floor: stairs lead from the hall up to the second floor

First bedroom: king size bed with 2 bedside tables and handy bedside wall lights. A spacious built-in wardrobe provides plenty of hanging space, with a shelf above. The en suite shower room has a white suite comprising toilet, wash hand basin and separate shower cubicle with shower

Second bedroom: king size bed, bedside cabinets and wall lights. There is a full-length built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors, hanging rail and shelf above. There is also a 6-drawer chest. The en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and wash hand basin.

There are radio alarms in each of the bedrooms, and hairdryers are also provided

The property is furnished throughout with new modern oak furniture, and decorated in light, neutral tones

All bed linen, towels, electricity and internet access are included in the price

Private parking

A starter supply of toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid is also included

Supermarket: Tesco –  is a 7 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away.

The balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival, and will be non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no show. A booking can be cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, and the final balance will not need to be paid

    7 Crown Apartments is a great base for a visit to Inverness, can't fault the condition, facilities or equipment in the apartment it is really well thought out. A five minute walk from the centre of the city yet really quiet and residential. First class!

    The property was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The sitting room had books, games and CD’s. Beds were comfortable and both bedrooms were zen-suite

    Beautiful apartment, convenient location in walking distance to centre, yet in quiet residential area. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, perfect for 2 couples. Everything was thought of. Loved our stay, thank you.

    An excellent apartment which allowed for two couples to enjoy the same standard of accommodation as each other with an excellent "home from home" feel. Location was good with short walks to shops and restaurants. City centre a very short drive away with plenty of restaurants. Would advise booking restaurants as some days we were there (even mid week) we found many fully booked! The apartment is on first and second floors so you will need to be able to cope with stairs.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Very nice having 2 ensuite bathrooms & the powder room on the main floor. Lovely place to return to at the end of the day. There were several good restaurants only a 5 minute walk away and many more only a short distance from that. Also the grocery store was only about 10 - 15 minute walk away. We were able to park the car and walk to most things. It was very nice that they had coffee for us to use in the apartment. Also check in was very easy with the lock box containing the key. Not having to try to coordinate meeting times made it very convenient.

    We enjoyed being able to spread out in this apartment. It seemed to be brand new and was very well equipped. I thought it would be a little closer to the bus and train station, but it was still walkable and was in a very nice residential neighborhood. The mattresses and pillows were nicer than anywhere else we stayed on our trip and the privacy and quiet neighborhood were a plus. We had a problem with the washer/dryer and our concerns were promptly addressed. We were told that the unit was going to be replaced. This would be great for a family. There are a lot of stairs, which could be a negative for anyone who had limitations.

    Very nice and quiet. Lovingly and practically furnished. 10 min footpath to the town center. In the household is everything available (washing machine, spacious bathrooms, large TV, ....). Top Service (Defective refrigerator within 10 hours exchanged). Quite clear recommendation. (Top)

    The condo was very nice and clean with lots of room. We would love to come back and stay again in the future The owner left excellent instructions for everything in the condo and also left excellent information for all other services in the community. It is also very nicely located in a residential area with 2 pubs a short walk away for great meals and it is about a 15 minute walk to to the downtown area.

    The apartment was clean and in a very quiet, residential neighborhood but very close to town. We really appreciated each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for two couples. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed although the pans are a little tired. I can highly recommend this apartment. If you are buying groceries go to Morrison's, not the food hall at the mall.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This apt was perfect for 4 adults, extremely comfortable beds. The apt was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Everything you could want was in easy walking distance. We highly recommend this apt.

    Highly recommend this property. Location was ideal for us and the apartment was furnished to a high spec, and was spotless with all mod cons. We were attending an event at the Craigmonie Hotel which was an easy walk away, as was the town centre. As a family of four, it meant that we could watch a movie in the love Bing room once the kids were in bed. The apartment owner had left lots of DVDs and books including kids ones, which we enjoyed. We also had a game of Scrabble!

    4 of us stayed at the flat for a long weekend. Generally we found the accommodation first class - very clean, homely and welcoming. Also very convenient for the town. One criticism is that all 4 of us found the beds too hard and subsequently we didn't sleep well. This can, of course, be a personal preference and the beds may suit others perfectly. On the whole, we would recommend the flat without hesitation.

    The accomadations at the apartment were perfect for our purposes. It was easy to travel to local places and the golf courses north of Inverness. We walked to the grocery store down the hill, Morrison's for food. The location was great to find easy to walk to resturants and coffee. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well equipped, except there was no bath soap for the showers. Great stay.

    This is a modern well equipped apartment. Everything is top quality. The beds and furniture are comfortable. It is spotlessly clean. Parking space and a short 10 minute walk to the centre. We enjoyed staying here with another couple and every day one of us would look around the apartment and comment on how lovely it is. First class, go,there if you are lucky enough to get a booking.

    Centrally located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, this comfortable and well appointed apartment proved to be the perfect base for touring the Highlands and Moray coast.


Location

First class modern 2 bed apartment situated in the popular Crown area, less than a 10 minute walk from Inverness city centre. Just round the corner, there are some handy local shops including a bakers, delicatessen, pharmacy and restaurants.
